Headley Lunchtable Program for Faculty

Looking for a pleasant meeting space to gather for lunch with colleagues over the noon hour? As part of our committment to strengthening the intellectual community of the faculty, the Dean of the College would like to offer the Headley Lunchtable option to Carleton faculty. Yes - free lunches are available for faculty groups up to eight, who have a specific intellectual interest that they would like to discuss in the Headley dining room. Examples of what we have in mind include workshop reunion lunch; event planning lunch; "new colleagues I haven't connected with yet lunch"; emerging research interest group lunch; search committee lunch; book group lunch. One junior-faculty group has already field tested the Headley Lunchtable and given it a five-star rating. If you are interested in gathering your group at Headley House for discussion over lunch, please contact Charlene Hamblin at chamblin@acs.carleton.edu for details and available dates.
