ARRANGING A ‘HEADLEY LUNCHTABLE’ EVENT OVER THE NOON-HOUR
Looking for a pleasant meeting space to gather for lunch with colleagues over the noon hour? Faculty groups up to eight with a specific intellectual interest may reserve the Headley dining room for their academic discussions. Examples of what we have in mind include workshop reunion lunch; event planning lunch; "new colleagues I haven't connected with yet lunch"; emerging research interest group lunch; search committee lunch; book group lunch.
LUNCHEON LOCATION: Headley House, 815 East 2nd Street

HOUR OF LUNCHEON: Noon-1pm
SEATING SPACE: The dining room table will comfortably seat up to eight guests.
- The faculty host/hostess should check with the Associate Dean's Office for prior approval, then once approved - Charlene will check for available dates to hold the luncheon.
- Once the host/hostess has conferred with group members and chosen the date they want to hold the luncheon, they should confirm this date with Charlene and she will secure the date in the Headley House scheduling system.
- At this point, the Host/hostess should now make arrangements for their catered lunch through Catering Services and be in contact with the Headley House Manager regarding set-up arrangements at the House.
