This prize was established in 2004 by Carl and Ruth Weiner to honor Carl Weiner's mother and Ruth Weiner's mother-in-law, Ann Goodson Weiner. The Ann Goodson Weiner Prize will be awarded annually to the senior student who, in the judgment of the section leaders of the Department of Theater and Dance, has contributed to the artistic life of the College in a significant way. The purpose of the prizes is to honor Ann Goodson Weiner and recognize the hard work, dedication, and inspiration involved in creating a truly unique performance.
