Teaching At CarletonCarleton is a highly selective liberal arts college with 1900 undergraduates located 45 miles south of Minneapolis and St. Paul. The Carleton calendar includes three 10-week terms and the standard teaching load is six courses, although new tenure-track faculty teach five courses during their first three years.
