The Registrar's Office maintains a computerized transcript for each student on which is recorded the courses in which a student enrolled, grades, credits accrued, etc. This is the official record of a student's academic work and as an educational record is subject to the provisions of the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 as amended.
