Customer Satisfaction Survey

In an effort to evaluate the quality of service that Facilities provides for our campus, we recently invited you to fill out an online survey managed by Sightlines, LLC. We had an impressive number of participants―557 people responded to the survey! The survey evaluated each area within the Facilities Department: Facilities Management, Maintenance, Grounds, Custodial, Special Event Set-ups, Project Management, Campus Planning, and Sustainable Initiatives. Briefly summarized, our Overall Satisfaction score was 81.6% (the academic peer average is 74%, with a max of 82%) and 95% said that Facilities met or exceeded their expectations. This overall score was split up into the following components:

  • Knowledge/understanding of the work request process: 79.7%
  • Schedule/service levels: 81.8%
  • Work meets expectations: 84.7%
  • Feedback: 84.9%
  • General Satisfaction: 77%
