Is it an emergency? If people, equipment, or buildings could be endangered or damaged by failure to correct the problem promptly or if the problem poses a security risk, then it's an emergency.

In case of an emergency, follow these instructions:
During regular office hours, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, complete a Facilities Work Request. Our goal is to respond to your needs as quickly as possible and stabilize the situation. After hours, an emergency should be reported to Security at x4444.

These are emergencies:

• electrical failure or malfunction
• gas leak
• glass replacement affecting safety or security
• heat below 60º
• plumbing leaks or floods
• roof leaks
• lock problems affecting safety or security
