Built in 1927, Evans Hall is one of our oldest residence halls. Renovation plans include code, life safety, and accessibility improvements, increasing the number of beds, upgrading the electrical and heating sytems, and replacing windows. Work will begin in June and is scheduled for completion by winter term.
