About the Class
Art History 288: Curatorial Seminar
Instructor: Laurel Bradley, Director of Exhibitions and Senior Lecturer in Art and Art History
During an intensive ten-week course, students in the Curatorial Seminar explored the College’s Special Collections, devising themes, choosing works, and learning about the history and theory of museum exhibitions. Student curators worked closely with Kristi Wermager, Curator of Special Collections in the Gould Library. Two books, combining innovative form with emotionally moving content, were acquired on the recommendation of class members.
