Saturday, October 6th
- "Buckthorn Menace" work session
- Work with artist Jim Proctor to clear buckthorn plants, construct the sculpture "seedheads" and assemble the final sculptures in the Upper Arb. No experience necessary! Please wear work clothes and shoes/boots. Work sessions will continue through October 12; see the Volunteer page for other dates and times.

- "Buckthorn Menace" Opening Celebration
- The opening celebration for "The Buckthorn Menace" environmental art installation will be held at the project installation site in the Upper Arb.
