Out After Carleton
Out After Carleton (OAC) exists to mobilize LGBT and allied alumni and friends of the College as a community to support the College's overall educational, admission, careers, and fund raising programs and objectives, especially as they relate to and affect LGBT students, alumni, faculty, staff, and allied friends of the College. The group sponsors events such as the successful LGBT Family Reunions, the next to be held on campus in fall 2006. Email Michael for more information. See the OAC page here.

Sexuality and Gender Activism (SaGA)
Sexuality and Gender Activism is Carleton’s student LGBTQA activism group. SaGA seeks to raise awareness of and combat homophobia, heterosexism, and other issues closely related to the LGBTQA community by volunteer work and political action. GenderROOTS, a subgroup of SaGA and part of a national organization called GenderPAC, works to raise awareness on issues pertaining to gender rights. Email Justin and Dominic for more information.

Trans/Gender Support and Discussion Group
A student-run group designed for all students who identify as differently-gendered, or want to learn more and help support students who identify as such. Contact the Gender and Sexuality Center for more information. Email Lawrence and Em for more information.

Coming Out Support and Discussion Group

This group is facilitated by two Center Associates who help students address issues of sexuality and sexual orientation at Carleton. There are no membership requirements - this is for students who are first questioning their own sexuality, or for those who would like support when they come out to different people or communities. Email Justin and Jedda for more information.
