Direct Deposit Bank Account (non-payroll)

This form provides payees with the ability to add or delete US bank account information on the web.
After submitting the bank information form, payees receive a confirmation e-mail letting them know that their information was successfully modified. They also receive a confirmation page in WebAdvisor.
Routing Number
Enter your routing number in this field. If you don't know your routing number, click the hyperlink "How do I find the routing number and bank account number?" for more information.
Re-Enter Routing Number
Re-enter your routing number in this field.
Bank Account Number
Enter your bank account number in this field. If you don't know your bank account number, click the hyperlink "How do I find the routing number and bank account number?" for more information.
Re-Enter Bank Account Number
Re-enter your bank account number in this field.
Account Type
Select either Checking or Savings account.
Receive payment advice via
Select your preferred payment advice delivery method.
You can receive notification in one of the following ways:
  • Paper
  • E-Mail
Effective Date
Enter the date the bank information you entered takes effect. The current date is the default date for this field, but you can enter a future date if the information you enter takes effect at some point in the future.
Confirmation E-Mail Address
This field displays the e-mail address your confirmation e-mail is sent to. You must have an e-mail address displayed here to be able to choose to receive e-mail payment advices.
Terms and Conditions
This field displays the terms and conditions you must agree to before you add new bank information.
Select 'I Agree' to agree to the stated terms and conditions. You must agree to the stated terms or conditions before you are permitted to add new US Bank Information.

You must agree to the terms or conditions before you are permitted to modify new US Bank Information.
