On-Line Benefit Enrollment Information
Enrollment for most Carleton College benefits are now secured through an on-line enrollment process. Please click here for the instructions on how this process works. Employees will be required to sign up for their benefits, utilizing an on-line benefits enrollment site.
Newly hired employees will be provided instructions on how to move forward with the on-line enrollment process.

For new employees, your user name is made up of the first six letters of your last name, followed by your first initial and the last four numbers of your social security number. Your password is a combination of your full date of birth with the last four digits of your social security number.
Sample Username:
John Johnson with social security number 123-45-6789 and date of birth of January 5, 1976.John's username would be: johnsoj6789
John's password would be: 010519766789**You will have the opportunity to change your password after you have logged in.
Should you have any questions about annual (or new hire) enrollment, your benefit options, or logging in to the online enrollment site, please contact Human Resources.
- For those that have experienced a qualifying event, you will need to enter this benefits enrollment site, using your user name and password you set up in the most recent Open Enrollment period. Please remember that changes to benefits resulting from a qualifying event must be entered into this system within 30 days of the date of qualifying event.
