Enrollment for most of Carleton College benefits are now secured through benefitsCONNECT an on-line enrollment process. Employees will be required to use benefitsCONNECT for initial benefit enrollment for new hires or yearly open enrollment.

- Should you have any questions about the initial benefit or yearly open enrollment, your benefit options, or logging in to the online enrollment site, please contact Human Resources.
- For those that have experienced a qualifying life event, please contact Human Resources. You will need to communicate your situation and provide substantiation within 30 days of the qualifying life event to the Benefits Coordinator or Manager; For further information, please review the specifics on qualifying life events.
