Enrollment for most Carleton College benefits are now secured through benefitsCONNECT an on-line enrollment process. Employees will be required to sign up for their benefits, utilizing our on-line benefits enrollment site (benefitsCONNECT).
Newly hired employees will be provided instructions on how to move forward with the on-line enrollment process.
