Employee Assistance Program (The Wellness Corporation)

Carleton College has partnered with The Wellness Corporation to create a comprehensive employee assistance program that provides professional support for issues that can affect your personal and work life. The Wellness Corporation is a confidential, safe, and easy-to-use resource.

Call toll-free: 1-800-828-6025 for routine and urgent issues. Master's-level counselors are available to take your call 24/7. The EAP provides confidential in-person assessment and short-term counseling by local professionals for any issue that causes concern.

There is no cost for up to three sessions per concern whether you are faculty, staff or a dependent or household member of a Carleton College employee. You may receive additional referrals and resources after in-person counseling.

The Wellness Corporation also offers soft-skills training courses that allow members to further their personal and professional development.  These self-paced trainings range from 30-60 minutes in length and offer a certificate of completion.  Please view the Online Professional Growth Training information here.  Carleton College employees must be registered on the Wellness WorkLife website at www.wellnessworklife.com to access these complimentary online soft-skill trainings.
