2009 Carleton College Employee Flu Shot Clinic

The 2009 seasonal influenza vaccination (flu shot) clinic for faculty and staff took place in Great Hall on Friday, September 25^th from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, September 29^th from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and was open to all faculty and staff of the College, along with their spouse or domestic partner. 

Numbers of attendees are not yet available; however, seemed to be well attended.  

Listed below is information regarding the flu vaccine for those still looking to receive this vaccination. 

Live, Intranasal Influenza Vaccine (2009-2010)

Inactivated Influenza Vaccine (2009-2010)

Please note that we have intentionally scheduled the seasonal flu shot clinic earlier this year than in previous years. This is because the CDC has encouraged individuals to receive the seasonal flu vaccine as early as possible this year.  It is likely that the College will conduct another flu shot clinic for the Novel H1N1influenza vaccine later this fall.  Further information will be communicated as it becomes available.  Please watch for updates regarding H1N1 at: http://apps.carleton.edu/campus/flu/
