Beginning January 1, 2011, you can no longer be reimbursed from an FSA for over-the-counter (OTC) drugs or medicines without a prescription.  The rule covering OTC drugs and medicine applies to all purchases that take place on or after January 1, 2011, which will include the 2010 "Grace Period".
