There is a temporary problem when logging in to the Windows side of refreshing computers. (Refreshing computers are ones which reset themselves after each person logs out.) This does NOT affect your office computer.
Sometimes, when you attempt to log into Windows, you may get a notice that your password has expired.
If you get this notice, do these 3 things:
- Hit "Cancel" on the main login screen
- Wait about 1 minute
- Try logging in again
This is a temporary problem. ITS staff are moving throughout campus and permanently fixing this problem one each affected computer. All the affected computers should be fixed by Oct 21st or sooner.
