We experienced computer server issues today, with email, Colleague and The Hub. All systems are back up and functioning normally. We do not anticipate further problems related to these issues.
Colleague and The Hub were offline from about 9:45 am to 10:00 am. Both systems are up and running again. (If you are stuck at a screen in Colleague, you should be able to "x" out of that screen and then log in to Colleague again.)
Email came been back about 11:45 am, but messages were moving through the system more slowly than usual. Carleton staff worked with consultants from our email provider (Zimbra) to address the issues.
No email messages were lost as a result of this incident, and all messages have been delivered.
