Collab was unavailable, 12:45 - 1:15 pm Monday, 15 April 2013.
The cause is still unknown, but seems to be related to an intermittent series of issues on which we have been working with our server partners, including Dell.
Courses was unavailable for about a minute during the restoration of Collab.
All services have been restored. No data was lost.
