If you forget your password, or your password stops working, you have several options.
You can define a set of challenge questions that can be used to reset a lost password on a self-service basis. You answer a series of questions now, and if you forget your password, those answers are used to verify your identity so that you can choose a new password.
Note: Staff in administrative departments that have access to sensitive information may not be able to use this service.
If you have not set up the self-service question, your usual computing support provider can reset your password for you. Some proof of identity will be required; for students, a visit to the ITS helpdesk with your photo ID is preferred.
