ITS provides centralized backup solutions for college-owned Windows and OS X desktop and laptop computers. For Windows computers, we use Atempo LiveBackup software, and for OS X we use EMC Retrospect.
Faculty and staff should contact Rapid Response at x5999 for assistance with using these programs.
