In 2011, the College started replacing its Xerox MFPs with Canon MFPs. All departments and areas receiving the new devices are also receiving documentation and training. Therefore, this site will no longer provide detailed instructions for using the MFPs on campus.

Included on this page are links to memos written by Dean of the College Bev Nagel and Vice President and Treasurer Fred Rogers. (See links on the right side of this page.)
These memos set out the policies for the devices, as well as pricing structures. These memos have already been distributed to departments and areas of the College in which MFPs are situated. They are included here because ITS helps to maintain these devices on campus.
Note: ITS does not set policy for purchasing, maintaining or using MFPs on campus. We are here to support their use.
