Carleton uses Canon MultiFunction Printers (MFPs) across the campus. All departments and areas receiving these devices are also receiving documentation and training.

These memos set out the policies for the devices, as well as pricing structures. These memos have already been distributed to departments and areas of the College in which MFPs are situated. They are included here because ITS helps to maintain these devices on campus.
Note: ITS does not set policy for purchasing, maintaining or using MFPs on campus.
We support their use and help with problems.
