MFP Training Opportunities
Much of the information on this page is becoming outdated. It refers to equipment that has mostly been replaced on campus.

Note: If you would like training on your current model of MFP, please contact the ITS helpdesk (x5999). They will arrange to have a training expert visit you within a matter of days.

Personalized Department Training
We would be happy to visit at a time that works your department. An ITS staff member will come to your area and review the features of your new MFP Call Rapid Response (x5999) to schedule this type of session.
Group Training in ITS
ITS periodically holds general training sessions for MFPs and other topics. The schedules for upcoming ITS events (including training and system maintenance) can be found on the ITS Calendar.
