Scan to E-mail on MFPs
Did you ever want to copy a document and email it to someone else? Did you want to make an electronic copy for yourself but didn't have easy access to a scanner? "Scan to email" is a new feature now available on all campus multi-function printers (MFPs).
There is no cost when you scan a document on an MFP, and no need to use your OneCard campus ID. Scanning to email can also be used in place of a FAX (but through email, of course). Try Scan to Email today!
When you scan to email, first send the document to yourself. Then go to your email account and check the document before you forward it to others. This ensures that you have scanned it correctly, keep a copy for yourself and can track what happens to the file.
Please see the associated documents for instructions on using the scanning feature of MFPs. Questions can be addressed to Rapid Response at x5999.
