General and immediate computing support for faculty and staff and students is provided by the ITS Helpdesk, in the first floor lab wing of the CMC. Call x5999 for assistance. The ITS Helpdesk is staffed at the following times during the academic terms:
Summer hours are Mon–Fri, 7:30 am–5:00 pm.
Support for student organizations is provided by Mark Heiman, x4278.

For Classroom projection and sound support, please call PEPS at x7070. PEPS also handles audio/visual support for events and videotaping of events.
