Computing Support
ITS is organized into several subdivisions to provide focused support to our various groups of customers in the Carleton community. Looking for someone in particular? Try the ITS staff directory.
Students
All student computing support is provided by the ITS Helpdesk, in the first floor lab wing of the CMC. Call x5999 for assistance. The ITS Helpdesk is staffed at the following times during the academic terms:
Mon-Thu: 7:30AM-1:00AM
Fri: 7:30AM-9:00PM
Sat: 10:00AM-9:00PM
Sun: 10:00AM-1:00AM
Summer hours are Mon-Fri, 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.
Support for student organizations is provided by Mark Heiman, x4278.
Faculty and Staff
Support for faculty and staff is also provided by ITS Helpdesk at x5999. The ITS Helpdesk is located at the west end of first floor of CMC (CMC 107). The ITS Helpdesk is staffed at the following times during the academic terms:
