Mon - Thurs:  7:30 am - 1:00 am              Phone:    507 222 5999
Friday:          7:30 am - 9:00 pm              On campus:       x 5999
Saturday:      10:00 am - 9:00 pm

Summer Hours  (Mid-June - Labor Day):
Mon-Fri: 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

ITS Helpdesk is part of the Computing Support Services team, providing rapid, high-quality support to the Carleton community. The Helpdesk is staffed by Tammy Wellentin, Travis Freudenberg, and other members of ITS, in addition to nearly 50 student workers.
