ITS Helpdesk is part of the Computing Support Services team, providing rapid, high-quality support to the Carleton community. The Helpdesk is staffed by Tammy Wellentin, Travis Freudenberg, and other members of ITS, in addition to nearly 50 student workers.
The focus of the group includes:
• solving problems in the shortest possible time frame;
• providing a consistent, pleasant, and knowledgeable experience;
• improving how problems are tracked;
• improving the communication of problem status.
