Rapid Response

Rapid Response is part of the Carleton Technology Assistance and Knowledge (C-TAK) team, providing rapid, high-quality support to the Carleton community. Rapid Response is staffed by David Aman, Jason Holt, Patty Olson, Austin Robinson-Coolidge, and Tammy Wellentin.

What do I need to know?

Please contact Rapid Response at x5999 or send email to rapidresponse@carleton.edu for immediate and general computer support. The Rapid Response phone will be answered between 8AM and 5PM Monday through Friday by a staff member; staff members and student workers will answer the overflow lines and perform troubleshooting and repair. The focus of the group, as the name implies, includes:

• solving problems in the shortest possible time frame
• providing a consistent, pleasant, and knowledgeable experience
• improving how problems are tracked
• improving the communication of problem status
