Media Resources: Viewing Media in the Library

The library provides two DVD/VCR-equipped viewing stations on the fourth floor (against the east wall of the current periodicals area) and five viewing stations on the mezzanine (or fifth floor) level. DVDs may also be played in any of the computers in the library's computer labs. Headphones, if needed, may be borrowed from the library's reserves desk.

Additionally, two classrooms equipped for video screenings are available in the library. Room 305 has a capacity of 20, room 344 has a capacity of 25. Screenings in the library can be scheduled by contacting the Media Resources Coordinator. Screenings should be booked at least a week in advance to ensure availability of rooms and materials. Library staff will take care of starting all screenings that take place in the library, but cannot be responsible for screenings outside the library.
