Research/IT Desk
Reference Librarians and SCIC workers at your service!
The Research/IT desk is the large desk in the middle of the reference room on the 4th (main) floor of the library. The desk is staffed by reference librarians and SCIC workers who can help you with any problems or questions you have while doing research at the library. Stop by if you're not sure how to go forward in your research, if you're having trouble with a printer, or if you need to know how to use EndNote.

Feel free to make an appointment directly with one of our reference librarians. Call or email your librarian to make an appointment, or take a look at their schedule posted on their office door. Librarians' offices are located along west wall of the 4th floor.
Reference Librarian Hours
Academic Term:Librarians staff the Research/IT desk during the following hours:
- Monday - Thursday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m., 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
- Friday: 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Sunday: 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Summer, Winter, and Spring Breaks:
A reference librarian is on call during the following hours:
- Monday - Friday: 10 a.m. - noon, 1 p.m. - 4 p.m.
SCIC Worker Hours:
Winter Break, 2005-2006
- No SCIC worker service in the library, please visit the SCIC at the CMC, or call x4040
During the Academic Term
- Monday-Thursday: 8:30am – 1:00am
- Friday: 8:30am – 9:00pm
- Saturday: 10:00am – 9:00pm
- Sunday: 10:00am – 1:00am
