Occasionally, ProQuest will give you an error 3000 saying that it cannot complete a search. This happens after you have run a search, when you click on an article to see more information, it also happens when you are searching by publication.

To resolve this error: Clear out the cookies on your browser.

The INSPEC database is now offered through the Web of Knowledge. The contents of the database remains the same, but the search interface has changed.

JSTOR has released a new search engine with improved speed and more flexible options.

The CSA databases have a new interface called Illumina with many new features. The new interface breaks out results by type (journal articles, books, conference proceedings, etc). It also displays the descriptors for each result on the main results page.
