As a student or employee of Carleton College, your first OneCard is free and can be obtained from Campus Services:

New Student OneCard Information
The majority of incoming freshmen will receive their OneCard when they arrive on campus in August as a member of an athletic team or on September 6 on move-in day.
However if you'll be on campus after June 26, you're invited to get your OneCard and avoid the long lines that will form on September 6!
One of the following forms of identification must be presented in order to receive a OneCard:
- Driver's License, or
- Passport, or
- Government issued photo I.D.
Replacement Cards
There is a $10 charge for replacement cards for students. The cost of your first OneCard is covered by Campus Services. This fee goes towards the purchase of card stock, printer ribbons, card laminate, equipment, and general operation costs. When a replacement OneCard is issued, a $10 replacement fee will be charged to your Schiller Account.
