PEPS has video camcorders, digital cameras, data projectors and other audio/visual equipment available for short-term use by the Carleton community. Reservations for equipment can be booked up to 90 days in advance, and are made on a first-come, first-served basis.

Reservations for faculty and staff can be made by telephone, at the PEPS office in Laird 14, or requested via our online request form. Students will be required to have the authorization of a faculty or staff member for their check-out requests.

Equipment, with the exception of the video camcorders, can be checked out for four days at a time, and can be renewed as many times as needed, based on continued availability. Video camcorders can be checked out for three days at a time, renewable as often as needed, based on continued availability. The minimum checkout time for all equipment is four hours.

Equipment renewals may be made by phone or in person. In order to assure availability to all of our customers, we ask you to renew your check-out before the item becomes overdue. We also ask that you pick up your item no later than one hour after the time for which checkout has been scheduled.
