Jim Pierret, Presentation Technologies Specialist, has been providing Carleton with state-of-the-art learning spaces for the past 12 years. Pierret’s interests include researching the latest presentation technologies and designing user interfaces. He also likes pedaling bikes, collecting yo-yos, and watching baseball.

Lew Weinberg, Media Technologies Specialist and Team Lead, has an extensive background in television production and postproduction. Weinberg enjoys movies, art, new media, old media, literature, history, travel, and felines.

Tucker MacNeill, Media Lab Specialist, has a background in digital graphic design, sound and video work in both fine art and commercial practice. He is also the Director (Their fancy way of saying campus liaison) of the New Media Consortium (NMC) for Carleton College. MacNeill's interests include making and viewing fine art and music, reading 'pop-fiction' and surfing the internet for interesting, yet useless, information.

Our office is professionally staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Lab hours (staffed by trained student workers): Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 8:00pm

Events coverage as needed 8:00 am-11:00 pm, 7 days a week.
