Welcome to EthIC

walking the labyrinth

Ethical Inquiry at Carleton (EthIC) seeks to support and encourage discussions of ethical issues within Carleton classrooms and throughout the larger Carleton community.

Through curricular and extracurricular activities, EthIC strives to increase the opportunities for Carleton students to discuss their values and to continue developing their own philosophies of life. EthIC was developed in recognition of the importance such pursuits have to the character of Carleton. Through campus-wide events and conversations, support for course and pedagogical methods development by the faculty, and a variety of student activities, EthIC works to foster ethical reflection across the curriculum and throughout the life of the Carleton community.
