Welcome All Students, Faculty and Staff. The Recreation Center will close at 5pm on Thursday, July 3. All P.E.A.R. facilities will be closed for July 4th holiday weekend and re-open on Mon., July 7.
Help us provide you with a rewarding recreational experience by sharing your ideas and encouraging others to be active. Our staff will be happy to help meet your recreational needs while providing a friendly, helpful and safe environment.

All P.E.A.R. facilities will be closed for July 4th holiday and the week of August 10-17 for steam plant shut-down. Other adjustments to hours will be posted in advance.

Mondays, 12:30-1:15pm
A full body resistance workout utilizing balls, dumbbells, bands, and one’s own body weight. Great for all levels of fitness.
*NEW* The Mixx with Shelley
Wednesdays, 12:30-1:15pm
Never the same workout twice. Complete cardio emphasis using benches, BOSU’s and balls. It will definitely keep your heart rate elevated. Bring lots of energy!
Back Again! Yoga-lates with Diane
Tues./Thurs. 12:05-12:50
Through movement and breath, yoga and Pilates will enhance your ability to strengthen your core muscles. Creating body awareness and learning to focus will allow you to move freely through yoga poses and Pilates exercises. It’s a great way to quiet the mind.
Participants must register.
$15.00 for each individual Program or $45.00 for all three!
