Invest in Yourself: Winter Fitness/Wellness Challenge

-Designed to encourage healthy habits and to help you stay interested and involved in a regular wellness program. You choose your own activities and exercise at your own pace and convenience.  Log your points for activities to make your 10 day point goals!

Start Date:  January 9th
End Date: March 8th
Duration: 60 Days
Cost: $40


Fitness/Wellness Challenge: SIGN UP BY MONDAY, JANUARY 9!!!

Investment: $40

Earn your $40 back by:

Earning 50 points every 20 days

1st 20 Days of earning 50 total points = $20 of your money back
2nd 20 Days of earning 50 total points = $10 of your money back
Final 20 Days of earning 50 total points = last $10 for your full refund & you will receive a T-shirt

Achieve 150 points in 60 days = earn all $40 of your investment back + Participant T-shirt sponsored by Pat Lamb & Ele Hansen
