This course will explore the technical, aesthetic and critical issues of digital media. The student will work with digital cameras, scanners, printers and the Photoshop program. Through specific assignments, field trips and personal experimentation students will broaden their understanding of this new media. Students will need their own digital camera. Prerequisite: Studio Art 139, 142, 244, 245 or instructor permission
