You can print enrollment verifications (known to many students and parents as the full-time student letter) online by accessing students menu on The Hub and clicking on the Enrollment Verifications link in the Academic Profile section. This will bring you to a National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) front page. Clicking to log on at this point will open a second browser and will give you access to enrollment verification reports and other enrollment and loan deferment information.
The Clearinghouse is a repository for enrollment information for most colleges and universities in the USA and NSC is partnering with colleges to make this free service available to students 24/7. You need no longer come to, or call, the Registrar's Office to get your enrollment verification! A printed copy of this report should be sufficient to document your enrollment status to third parties.
Since accessing reports via the NSC page opens a second browswer, be sure to log off both the NSC site and the For Students menu when you are done using this service.
Parents: This site can only be accessed by using the student's Carleton login and password. If your son or daughter is unable to access the necessary reports, please contact the Registrar's Office at 507-222-4289.
