Request for Assistance with Music Lessons
If you would like to apply for financial assistance with your music lesson(s), please complete the form on the right and return it to Student Financial Services (SFS) in Henry House before the deadline, as indicated on the form. (Forms are also available in SFS, Henry House.)
Music lesson financial assistance is limited to ONE (1) lesson (one voice OR one instrumental lesson) per term.
NOTE: Financial assistance for music lesson will be aided with grants OR loans depending on the level of your need.
To qualify for grant consideration, you must be receiving need-based financial aid and have accepted all parts of the award (including work and loans). If you are certain you will be taking music lessons for more than one term, you may request for current and future terms of the 2009-2010 academic year on one form. Your request must be submitted to Student Financial Services (SFS) by the following deadlines:
Fall 2009 – Friday, September 18, 2009
Winter 2010 – Friday, January 8, 2010
Spring 2010 – Friday, April 2, 2010
You will be informed (via The Hub) of the type of aid you qualified for during the week following the deadline.
Applications received after these deadlines will be considered for loans.
Requests for previous terms will NOT be considered.
You may request a loan for music lesson assistance at anytime.
