    Here you will find some general information about working at off-campus community service positions. Off-campus positions require you to have been awarded either federal or state student employment. They show on your award letter this way: • Work-Federal Work Study • Work- Minnesota Work Study If your award letter show: • Work-Campus Employment This is institutional student employment and you are not eligible to work in an off-campus position. Community service job openings are posted under the Job Postings link below.
  • Student Work Preference Form

    Students complete the Work Preference Form so they can be assigned a work study position.
  • Job Postings

    View the current job openings sent to the Student Financial Services Department from professors and Carleton staff.
  • Student Work Transfer Request

    Students need to complete this form to initiate the process to transfer hours from one position to another.
  • Supervisor Portal
