Carleton College has not yet achieved the difficult task of becoming 100% sustainable, but that doesn’t mean that individuals, student organizations, academic departments, and college offices haven’t taken valuable steps toward this end. Many of these important initiatives have gone unnoticed because they fit so naturally into the campus environment.
This slide show will highlight some of Carleton’s highly celebrated achievements in sustainability, as well as point out the lesser-publicized achievements of equal importance.
