In Eudora:

• LDAP Proxy Error: DSA is unwilling to perform (53)
  • This means that the user's account has been locked (probably due to use of a faulty password).
  • Note: The user may be locked out not only because of a password mistake while checking email, but also while logging into Home or Collab, or if those drives map automatically, while logging onto the machine.
  • Have a coordinator access the user's account information and unlock their account.
