BON APPETIT OFFICE CRAWL at East Dining Hall - hosted by Forum Steering Committee

The Bon Appetit Management Company believes "we can change the world one meal at a time" and are committed to sourcing sustainable, local foods. If you're interested in learning how this philosophy translates at Carleton dining venues, come to our "Back of the House Tour". Our guide will be Katie McKenna, Bon Appetit Dining Services Manager. We will gain exposure to the full cycle of dining operations - from food delivery on the building's dock to delicious entrees on the dining tables. The tour will last one hour.
