Art Barn Office Crawl - hosted by the Forum Steering Committee and Staff At Carleton (SAC)
Come and tour the college's newest art facility - not the Arts Union, the "Art Barn" that houses studios for three of the college's art professors: sculptor Stephen Mohring, ceramicist Kelly Connole, and painter David Lefkowitz. Constructed last summer, the Art Barn is a "pre-fab" facility that complements Boliou and the Arts Union and serves as the center of Carleton's crafts-education program. Professor Mohring will lead a tour of the barn and show off nearby arts infrastructure like Kelly's wood kiln and his own beloved sawmill (no, really). Join us at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 9 at the Art Barn - across from Farm House, just past the Rec Center and the water tower.
