Carleton students have committed themselves to energy conservation efforts. In the winters of 2006 and 2007, students have engaged in Dorm Wars, where dorms “battled” one another and Carleton competed against other Minnesota schools too. In the most recent dorm wars, Carleton placed fourth among Minnesota schools.
