When a media file is too large to be imported, you need to import it into Reason in a slightly more roundabout way. Here's how to do it:

1. Log in to your home directory. (See instructions for accessing your network drives.)
2. You should see a folder in your home directory called "webpub". If this is the first time you have imported media into Reason this way, create a new folder within the webpub one and name it "reason_import_only".
3. Place the media file or files you want to import into the reason_import_only folder.
4. Go back to your Reason window and refresh the page. The files you placed in the folder should be listed under "Import file."
