Carleton College uses an online system called The Tunnel for job and internship searching, on-campus recruiting, and posting resumes.

• To register, go to the employer login page
  NOTE: If you have an existing account with any NACElink participating school you may use the same user name and password you use at that school(s) to access our Carleton site.
• After you have registered, you may post a job or jobs for Carleton (or any participating college or university) simply by clicking on the “Post a NACElink Multi-School Posting” link and completing the form. For your convenience, you only have to enter the information once, and then can designate the posting to any of the participating colleges and universities.
• Local postings are FREE when you post a job from our site to our site. (Note: Charges apply for postings to multiple schools.)
