Amazon

Mike Sobaski ’15 will hold a virtual information session for students interested in learning more about Amazon and their Brand Specialist position!

Amazon is looking for smart, analytical, customer-obsessed, and energetic undergraduates to help build a world-class shopping experience and serve as the leadership pipeline for our rapidly growing global retail business as a Brand Specialist in the Retail Undergraduate Program (RUP).

Brand Specialists operate as general managers, working across major functional areas such as buying, inventory management, and online marketing to drive the performance of strategic vendor partners at Amazon. On a day-to-day basis you will manage revenue and profits, assist in negotiating for improved business terms, and optimize the supply chain to ensure products are available to customers. In addition, you will be tasked with driving new customer acquisition and traffic through marketing initiatives that ensure customers can find what they want and what they never thought they needed. While you will be guided by the Amazon retail playbook as a starting point, we will challenge you to come up with innovative and exciting ways to grow your business.

The position is posted in the Tunnel and has an application deadline date of Fri. Sept. 30th.

To learn more, attend this session and/or stop by the Career Center in lower Sayles-Hill!
